- Agnello
Best Italian pasta and pizza. Aniello himself adds a wonderfully Italian atmosphere. Traditional Italian liquers and the best Italian ice cream round off a delightful meal. Open for lunch and dinner. Located close to Barclays Bank.
You will find an extension of Agnellos at the new shopping centre. Enjoy snacks, pizzas, ice cream etc. in 5min walking distance from Diani Marine. Take a matatu or taxi at night.
- Nomad's open air Beach Restaurant
Absolutely recommended. Don't leave Diani without at least one visit. Offers an excellent choice of coastal seafood served with a personal Austrian touch. Relaxed atmosphere by the beach makes sure you enjoy your dinner.
- Ali Barbour's Cave Restaurant
Situated right next to Diani Marine in an old lime stone cave, which provides for a most romantic setting. Fresh seafood a speciality with 5-star service. Get there by foot!
- Shan-E-Punjab
Offers traditional Tandoori / Indian cuisine at very reasonable rates. Prior booking through the office with free pick-up and drop-off. Do you like it hot ?
- Galaxy Chinese Restaurant
Authentic Chinese kitchen that takes full advantage of the abundant local fresh seafood at very reasonable Prices. Reservations through the office. Free pick-up and drop-off service. Recommended for lovers of Chinese food.
- Fisherman's Cove
Situated in the 5-star Hotel Leisure Lodge and very difficult to find! (Ask for guidance at the hotel reception). This intimate setting on the beach offers excellent cuisine and silver service standards. Seafood is a speciality. No pick up service available. Go by taxi. Moderate Prices, quality food, great location and excellent service. (Check for the crocs and bush babies!)
- African Pot Restaurant
Try the real african food. Take a taxi.
- Tropicana Pizzeria
Swiss/Italian Pizzeria and Bar situated at Diani Shopping Centre. Open from 10 a.m. but closed in the evenings. Offers great value Pizza during lunch hours for hungry shoppers. No pick up, get there by matatu or taxi.

Bars & Clubs
- Marine Pool Bar
The bar is open every day and usually closes at 7.30pm. However, the bar will stay open if clients are there. Special garden BBQ's and dinners can be arranged on request with the office, with a minimum of 10 persons required to provide this service. If your are a resident at the Divers Village please sign for your drinks on your room number.
- 40 Thieves Beach Bar
Offers all day snacks and general bar food with a daily special menu. More famous for its night-time discos on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays this is the place to hang out for an informal evening of fun on the beach. Please check their notice board for special functions and events. Sunday lunchtimes are also popular, with live music provided. Situated on the beach next to Diani Marine.
- Tandoori Bar
A good local Kenyan pub for cheap beer and pool. Situated less than 1 km from Diani Marine. You can get there by foot, turn left at the main road and head south (approx. 5 minutes walk). If you are ordering food expect to wait longer than "normal". Taxi service available during night time.
- Shakatak Disco
"The" local Kenyan disco. Offers a variety of entertainment including traditional dance shows & the "Big Mama". Expect to pay a minimum entrance fee of around 200 KSH. DON'T go before 12 p.m. the action starts late. They also do a fantastic late night roast chicken. Open till the early hours of the morning. Take a taxi after dark. Located approx. 500 m south of Diani Marine Divers Village.
- Leisure Lodge Casino
This Italian run casino is situated in the 5* Leisure Lodge Hotel approx. 4 km from Diani Marine. Open every evening, free transport is available from the hotel.
